At this year’s Parizza trade show, a major event in the field of pizza and Italian gastronomy, Valmartin made its mark by previewing its latest innovation: BELLA Stella mozzarella. With a new, friendly and resolutely modern stand, Valmartin drew the attention of visitors and aroused enthusiasm with its pizzas to taste!
To celebrate the launch of BELLA Stella, its new 100% Mozzarella cheese, Valmartin organized culinary demonstrations by Grégory Edel, French champion and vice-world pizza champion. Visitors were able to discover the visual and gustatory qualities of mozzarella.
The entire Valmartin team was delighted to be able to share its know-how and offer tastings of its quality cheeses.
