Any dispute or litigation that may arise from the validity, interpretation, implementation or termination of these Terms and Conditions of Use shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the Courts of the PUBLISHER’s registered office, even in the event of summary proceedings, incidental or warranty claims or multiple defendants, unless otherwise provided by public policy.
